So Spitzer violated the Mann Act, eh? May as well jail the half of America that's ever made a "romantic getaway" i.e. boink-a-thon, while unmarried, and crossed a state line in the process.
Other than being stupid, and sleazy, and hypocritical, is he really a criminal? Is the NSA and the FBI going to start going through credit card receipts and hotel/motel records to come after all the rest of us too?
