HOLY F*CKING SH!T...

Whip me, beat me, take away my Big Green Egg grill... Stop the presses...

Is Obama finally coming to his senses? Is he going to prove to be a democrat after all? rut roh... He's invoking the Cat Food Commission...

If he gets through this with an iron clad promise to keep SS, Medicare and Medicaid -- no weasling out -- I will cook and eat a crow that someone sends me and post the pics on this blog and face book. Has he found spine enough to stand up to His Majesty Mitch?

I'm off the hook... he doesn't expect the final outcome to look like what he's laid out today. The flip side of that is that once again, he's allowing the crazies to rip the country even farther to the right and make the formerly-far-right Simpson-Bowles Tag Team the "new center."

What's a Stab in the Back Among Friends, eh?

Help keep this add in Obama's face.

One more illustration of why I've never liked this guy, and why Ed Schultz was right to tell Robert Gibbs the White House inner circle was full of shit:

The White House isn’t overly impressed with Nancy Pelosi’s rapid passage of a measure permanently extending tax cuts only for middle-class earners – or by reports that a deal with the GOP on the cuts is imminent.

In a statement seemingly intended to douse the entire Hill in cold water, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs faintly praised Democrats’ passage of the extension for families making $250,000: “The President continues to believe that extending middle class tax cuts is the most important thing we can do for our economy right now and he applauds the House for passing a permanent extension.”

He quickly added: “But, because Republicans have made it clear that they won’t pass a middle class extension without also extending tax cuts for the wealthy, the President has asked Director Lew and Secretary Geithner to work with Congress to find a way forward. Those discussions started just yesterday and are continuing this afternoon.”

Hill Democrats were unimpressed and said Gibbs’s statement only served to reinforce their fear that the administration had already given up the idea of challenging the GOP to vote for the middle-class cuts – or let all of them expire by the end of the year.

But if a deal is really in the offing, Gibbs warned that it would come later rather than sooner.

These clowns are just hell bent on turning the White House and government back over to the regressives. And to think some people were worrying about them trying to impeach Obama. Why get rid of the gumby when you can twist him into any shape you damn well please.

Walmart's Change of Heart

So WallyWorld suddenly becomes concerned about their employees' well being? After years of keeping workers just shy of full time to avoid benefits? After years of forcing workers into flex time arrangements rather than pay them overtime? Now they back a federal mandate requiring that they (among others) carry employee health insurance...? ???

Will that same mandate end their practice of denying workers' full time status?

Ohhhh.... Monica Crowley: The republican party has free market principles to reform health care. Fuck me up the ass with a tazer. Again. More fucktardulous asswipery from the douchenozzulous conservadips.

Anyway... Walmart, those free market grand champeeens, who want you to save money so you can live better... by buying Chinese made SHIT... that poisons your kids and your pets and is made by slaves, prisoners and children... at the expense of lakes, rivers, the sky and all things that live... I assure you, are NOT going to do anything that benefits their employees without it benefiting their corporate balance sheet MORE. and here's how it'll be done:

They will continue to escape whatever mandate there may be -- since their lobbyists will help write it, including the required loopholes -- by whatever means neccesary: Denial of hours, lay offs... While other businesses ie "small," 'family," that cannot absorb the legal costs from being sued, will fold under the crushing insurance costs that will continue to skyrocket.

Walmart's saying the right words. They sound nice and warm and fuzzy, like they're going to give the poor and downtrodden -- that they've helped create and maintain -- this wonderful gift all from the goodness of the heart they've finally grown. Riiiight.

It's called delayed gratification. Investing. The magic of it all is that they're convincing people that they're investing in workers. Fat chance. This is ALL for their own gratification.

I Shall Return... UPDATED

I just don't know when.

It's been damn near a month since I posted last, and that wasn't much of a post anyway.

Work's been a bear. We went from a month of seven twelves on one job right into five tens on the next. And I'm sure that we'll be into six tens eventually. I'm one of the lucky ones, I know. From what I gather, we have more work in the works; a year's worth, maybe more. It's been a hard eight years under Dubya and his refuckyoucan rubber stampers, watching job after job go to companies overseas... bidding work on the slimmest of margins (if not at a loss), just to keep the doors from closing. The owners hung in there though.

Life at home's exciting too. Looks like we'll be raising the grandmonster for the ... well... who knows how long. The wife and I feel like we're too old for that kind of shit, but we gotta do what we gotta do for the kid. We're at least on the same page with regard to the big picture. We'll see about the details as time goes on. It's going to be a big challenge for me, as I've never really wanted kids -- too much responsibility -- but the bar's not set very high: Frozen PBJs? I can make 'em from scratch. Seriously though, the kid was dealt some pretty shitty hole cards; I hope I can help him out on the flop here.

We re-fied the house. It's too big for just the two of us... ooops... three of us, but then again, we have room to get away from each other when the need arises. And, I bought a truck: A 2006 Dodge Dakota. I was debating the possibilities of fuel efficiency versus towing capacity for the pop up camper we've talked about for a few years now, and finally decided -- or did the wife do that? -- on the truck. So we've done our part, or part of it, to spur the economy. Speaking of which...

The economy is on its way up? Iiiiiiii donnnnnnn't knowwwwww about that. Just because there's a few people out there like me, who have a job and some cash to take advantage of plummetting prices -- I'm wonderring if I bought the truck tooo soon -- doen NOT mean things have turned around. It would be nice if it were more than just a temporary uptick, but until there are some major changes to the structure of the country's economy ie people going back to work making shit... It's just more Bush shit: Borrow and spend. We as a nation have spent our savings; we've spent the equity in our homes, we've spent the sailboat fuel offered us so we could buy houses and other shit.. ALL made in China.

And the tea baggers? All those planning to join this manufactured crusade are exactly that: Tea baggers. Sucking the scrotes of the Hannities and the Gingriches and Limbaughs and the McCains and the Roves and the... lame ass fake plumber fuck whose name isn't even Joe of the Refuckyoucan conservatard movement. Stupid fucking moron tools. Gotta give credit where credit is due: The term is quite fitting.

SHIT I forgot to mention last night:

Been waiting for over a week for Suzie the Mini-Dach to drop her puppies. Well last night/early this Morning, she did. 3 of 'em. Two males and a female, I think. After she had the first to, we were worried that she was going to reject them, but turns out she had a third in there, and after she pooped that one out, the mom in her took over big time. The other dogs look at her and she goes all fierce. Pics will be coming soon as the wife gets them loaded up.

I gotta admit, I kinda feel guilty. With all the people geting thrown out of their jobs and homes and having to give up pets, well.... Hell the step daughter has two cats that are going to have to join the ranks of the homeless. We had them here once before and they terrorized our cat who's much older and more timid. Not to mention they tore up shit all over the place. Little fuckers would chase and charge over the top of us all through the night.

Cuzz of the pups, I took the day off: NO sleep last night. Zero;Zip;Nada. Good way to find myself sucked into a machine at work. Sleep today and I'll be fucked up for the week. Got to hear Obama's speech this morning. "We need to make things." Gee, who else has been saying that?

Our economy for the past 8 years (and even longer) has been a complete fraud, disguised by smoke and mirrors, running on nothing but sailboat fuel. I'm not very happy about the new debt and deficits, but as long as we're getting something in return, and I don't mean wars, death and destruction, I can think of them as down payments.. purchases. For all of the spending done by Bush and his refuckyoucan rubber stampers, we, the people, the country, got NOTHING in the end. It ALL went to multinational corporations and the top 1-2%. The rich became super rich.

Now if Obama could just muster the balls to let the justice system take over and prosecute the Bush Syndicate's crimes against humanity...

I Shouldn't Have Worried

I was wondering how the refucks would do, calling on the second string. Where was the Boner? Where was Michelle Bachman? Bobby Jindal? He came through like a champ.

Far from the pissantine whine I was expecting, he lied and bull shitted like the best of them.

When he made reference to the government's handling of Katrina... DUDE... YOUR party's president was in charge of that. HIS appointees did those heckuva jobs. YOUR party was in charge of Congress. YOU sat there.

I love how refucks do this: They create government failures so that can point out the failures of government. They create the reasons why we should mistrust government. He references the Refuckyoucan response to Katrina as the reason we should not trust the democrats, but rather the refuckyoucans to provide help to pull us through this Second Republican Depression. "We republicans have ideas." Dude... we get you... your ideas SUCK!!! That's why we've been voting your ilk out these past two elections. I get the idea he believes in those McCainian Economic Fundamentals.

And of course the straight faced bald faced lies: There is no railway from Disneyland to Vegas in the stimulus bill. You refucks have had NO energy plan, besides "drill baby, drill." You have had NO plan for universal health care beyond, "go to the emergency room." You have had NO economic plan beyond tax cuts, when times are good, bad, happy or sad.

BTW Bar.... Helluva speech. Back it up with action and you may force me to take down my Kucinich banner.

With all Due Respect...

Several days, still lots of mileage from Obama's "outrage" over the NY Times story about Wall Street/ banker/ executive bonuses.

Where the fuck have you been these past few years Barry? ???

When the Washington Mutual guy got millions for a several weeks of watching the company spiral down the shitter... Where was your outrage?

When the airline industries were all going through chapter 11 and the bankruptcy courts granted their execs big ass bonuses while slashing thousands of rank and file jobs and wages... Where the fuck was your outrage then?

When the fat fuck CEO from Exxon retired with HUNDREDS of millions in his golden parachute, after raping and pillaging us all with high prices and record profits... Where the fuck was your god damned fucking progressive populist "change we can believe in" outrage then?

Oh.... you were arguing over keeping your Blackberry...

And it's not just the size, frequency and disconnect-from-reality of these bonuses, it's the content. It would be one thing if these bonuses were salary. As salary they would be subject to a rate of 35% over $357k; roughly. However, the vast bulk of many of these bouses are in the form of stock, options and other items that are not subject to income tax. Instead they are subject to the Capitol Gains tax. If they hold on to their stock for more then one year before selling, their tax rate drops from 35% to 15%. That's the HIGHEST rate.

This is why the term is not "executive salary," or "executive pay," it's "executive compensation."

No wonder corporate tools like McShame and the Boner want to make the bush tax cuts permanent.

Hey. It's nice when a president pulls his head from the sand and takes a quick look around now and then... it hasn't happened in 8 fucking years, but what the fuck had YOUR head in the sand until now, eh Bar? And are you going to KEEP your head out there for the next 4 years? ??? I really don't think it's going to take us long to get answers, at least to the second question. Just watch and see how much bi-partison negotiation watering down goes into this stimulus and other bills. And watch and see if he has the guts to stand up to the MEDIA and their bullshit cheerleading for the assholes on the right who fucked us over for... 8 yrs... since Ronnie Raygun... their entire existence. (you thought I was going to say far left, eh?)

I got a compliment from Lisa not long ago, saying it was nice to see I still had my skepticism. Hey. I just watch and listen.

And look for a good reason to take down my Kucinich banner.

It stays.

You Just Can't Redefine Horseshit

and turn it into ice cream.

There is one fact, and one fact only, that you need to know when considering why the refucks scuttled the auto industry aid package: The refuckyoucans want to redistribute restrict deny wealth.

They can talk all they want about leveling the playing field, equalization, competitiveness, but what THEY mean when they say those things, is not what liberals, ie sensible people mean. They want to invite/allow foreign companies to come to this country and redefine OUR wage standards to align with theirs. For all of the Hannities and O'Reillies and Dobbses ranting and railing against Obama and progressive democrats trying to Europeanize and socialize this country, THEY want to allow the foreign automakers' business practices to become ours.

Although this only.... ONLY applies to wages.

Our workers will not get healthcare.

Our workers' children will not receive free (college) education.

Our retired workers will not receive a pension.

And OF COURSE

Our workers will not be allowed to bargain collectively.

A rising tide lifts all boats? Yeah maybe in the ocean, or as an election slogan, but in real peoples' working lives..? The idea is to LOWER all boats to the lowest level possible.

Heaven forbid the foreign automakers in the south be pushed to raise wages or benefits. That sends wealth in the wrong direction. Since Reagan, the Republican party has been ALL about fucking the little people. Hence, they are refuckyoucans. Reagan, Bush Sr and this last little fucktard faker, have been ALL about redistributing wealth. They want it to go UP the food chain. And I shall include the fact that Bill Clinton did very little, if anything, to slow the flow.

Saving the automakers, sends money in the wrong direction. Down. To workers. To little people. If we starve, refucks don't care. As long as they get more in the process.

What REALLY broke this deal was the UAW's demand/request/desire that ALL employees at ALL levels come to the table to have their wages and benefits renegotiated. That would have meant execs losing out: No golden parachutes and bonuses for being total douchebag managers. That would have meant investors losing out (possibly): No dividends.

Don't kid yourself. This IS class warfare.

A Sequel

The original: Who Killed the Electric Car.

The sequel: Who Killed the Rest of the Cars.

I wonder if the stock market losses will hit four figures today?

Heaven forbid union-member auto workers in Detroit make a living wage. Fuck no; can't raise the non-union/southern auto worker wages. That would destroy the serf class. I told you there would be no help for Auto makers unless it broke the unions.

What they really fear is a repeat of the labor movement in eastern Europe that brought down the Soviet Union, the Iron Curtain and the Soviet Bloc. Oh...? That was Reagan's bluster that did that? Not Lech Walesa? Refuckyoucans FEAR organized labor.

The idea that unions are antiquated, that "we don't need them anymore," that they've "served their purpose...." Get your head out of your ass. In the meantime... AIG...

Isn't giving "bonuses" anymore. No. They call them "retention payments." Un-bonuses to keep their "key people" in place. Those key people who... Ran them into the ground..?

It's the Stupid Economy, Stupid

It's amazed me how long people have bought into the notion of believing they're cool, as they allow Howard Schultz to rip them off.

Taxes, Taxes, Taxes

I am sick and fucking tired of hear all this shit about taxes. ALLL of it's from refuckyoucans.
McGoon... Drano Rossi... Sarah Nailin... And it ALLL just more of the same old shit: Tax and spend Democrats (as opposed to charge and spend refucks). Barack Obama wants to raise your taxes (inset any Dem name in that statement) The last thing you want to do in a sagging(refuck) economy is raise taxes (why?) I'm going to...save the fucking world (and put cherries on top) and not raise taxes (while balancing the budget) Cutting taxes will create jobs (how?) Stop right there:

HOW does cutting taxes create jobs? WHO is going to spend a tax refund to ... I mean what the fuck could the average tax cut pay for? A car tune up? Ohhhhhh... E-bay shit. Yeah, we can all sell our shit and... who's going to have money to buy it?

Seriously... I remember reading in The Price of Loyalty, Paul O'Neill testifying to Congress, that as a corporate CEO, he never made a business decision based on the tax code. The question he was answering was in regard to the value of tax cuts to the economy. Besides:

As I've said many times: We've had nothing but tax cuts for eight fucking years and where in the hell have they gotten us? ???

Yoah... Johhny B Surge... I know Barack isn't saying what you want to hear about taxes and I don't fucking care. Wanna know why? I know you don't, but I'll tell you anyway.

I'm more worried about having a fucking job. No job... who the fuck cares about the taxes I won't have money to pay. I'll be more worried about my next fucking meal.

Go sit on a cattle prod. Asshole.

Lies, Lies and More Fucking Lies

with a half-truth or two thrown in to try to look honest and keep the "Maverick Myth" alive.

I missed most of Stephalupugus's interview with McStain, but did catch his bullshit about it being Obama's fault that his own campaign is so nasty, because Obama's not doing things McBlame's way: Town hall meetings. Caught the lies about his lobbyists staffers getting their paychecks from... Why doesn't he just produce their canceled paychecks from his campaign? It's called proof, honesty; ever heard of those? It seems like he won his game of Chicken over the taking of public finance money, if you ignore how he stretched broke ...rewrote his own rules.

Roundtable: The Ultimate Unamerican Refuckyoucan Newt is complaining about the Un-Americanness of Paulson's bailout proposal. Amazing how fuckers like him are trying to become Democrats all of a sudden. Tough to admit that your underlying philosophy ain't worth a pisshole in the snow.

Robert Reich makes excellent points: NOTHING in this bill gives ANYTHING to we in the masses.

I've heard Newt has a high, albeit misused IQ. He's doing a pretty good job of pointing out how the Refuckyoucan Deregulation i.e. Reaganomics has been an abject failure as he calls for solutions to problems he's spent his life helping create.

More big words from George W... F Will... ::yawn::

Drill Here Drill Now... Newt plugs his books/movies... and his idiotic ideas... the idiotic ideas that got us here. Too late to bitch Now Newt. It won't make you right.

BINGO !!!!! Reich calls Newt out on becoming a liberal.

Who's the fucker to Steffie's left? Bob something... He can't see that the economy has been nothing but a house of (credit) cards. And more bitching from Newt about "Bushleague" economic policies: The Walmart/China Stimulae.

More refuckyoucan/conservative jokes from Will about rebuilding infrastructure: building bridges to nowhere. Why is he always on this show? Seems like his hands are always on top of the table, so....? I mean it can't be because of his ideas. Unless Snuffles expects us to listen and see their fallacy.

Reich has it right on several points: This is a repeat of the 1928 economy in that so few have so much (1% has 20% of national income) and so many have too little to spend which means money's not flowing in a healthy way. Today's economy IS the refuckyoucan ideal: Borrow and spend. Not work, earn and spend, as Liberals would like to see. <== far left nonsense... as they said up to now.

Let's Kick Some Tires

or inflate them or something.

Bernie Sanders, Independent Senator from Vermont, has a petition at his website. Bernie's no Lieberman; he's actually a Socialist.

If Vermont wasn't so frozen in the winter, I think I'd like to live there.

Go fill it out and send it to Paulson. It may do no good, but doing nothing does nothing either. I mean.... you know what I mean.

So for the Good of the Economy...

McInsane is going to suspend his campaign.

Huh?

Maybe what he meant to say was something like, "In these troubled times I urgently implore ooops...

"My friends, In these troubled times I urgently implore you to stop wasting your money on my campaign and buy more cheap ass Chinese made shit from Walmart." (Fucker can't say anything without a "my friends" or two in there)

I'm sure what he'd really like to do is suspend the economy, for the good of his campaign. Of course the Dubster's going to do his best to pull his play-acted-senile ass out of the fire by calling a White House meeting photo op. That oughta be good: A Harvard MBA that can't balance a check book and a POW who's never seen one (cuzz he lives out of his wife's) are going to talk about a big ass fucking blank, and most likely BAD and BOUNCY, check.

Raising the Gutter?

So just how far does trickle-down go? DCup has an application for those bailers who need some bailing of their own.

So just who gets a piece of this $700 billion? (will it come shrink wrapped and palletized?) Here's a clue, courtesy of the Endowed One once again:

Free Markets, My Ass

So tell me all you fans of free markets, deregulation and privatization:

How's your 410-k doing?

Still wishing you'd gotten your/Dubya's way on Social Security?

Fuck wads

Boners and Bullshit (Updated)

As Stephanie Miller says, "When two vowels go walking, the first one does the talking." Who does that fucker think he is, Dubya? That he can make his own rules of grammar and mispronunciation?

So last week the lights go out, the mikes go dead, CSpan shuts down and everybody the Dems go home for a break. Got to hand it to the refucks: when they want to get something done, which isn't often, at least not in terms of doing things that are good for the country as a whole, they know how to do it. They know their theatre; they know how to grandstand. Most of all they know how to make the Dems look like total, useless, spineless fools.

Their latest effort is the drill here, drill now, drill off shore, and ignore the consequences. I don't know what the hell the fucks did over the weekend, but I understand they were right back at it again this morning: Different day, different bucket, same shit.

Oh one thing that one of them did on Sunday was to appear on the TeeVee machine and bring the old, "All we want is a vote," mantra out of moth balls. I can still remember hospital profiteer, Billy Frist, talking about wanting an, "up or down vote" on judges and wanting it sooooooo badly that they would have to end the practice of filibustering/cloture votes: The Nuclear Option. Fast forward and who has set a new record for filibusters taking only HALF of a two year session to do it? Try to imagine for just a second, the weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth that would happen if the Dems were to suggest such an option. Oh?

That's the Senate, that's different? ??? Same party; same lack of principles; same lack of shame; same ability to lie with a straight face and puppy dog eyes. Same greed, avarice and criminal proclivities. All they want is an up or down vote for THEIR objectives.

So while I have no expectations of democratic "leaders" actually leading any meaningful opposition, as exhibited by Nancy Pelosi's choking and sputtering display on Sunday, and while I have little faith or confidence in Obama since his vote to destroy the 4th Amendment, I have eve3n less faith and confidence in the Refucks and McCain the Insane. The HAS to be more to this than just drilling, since the oil companies have some 40,000 acres leased with some 11,000 drilling permits already granted.

HUGE profits. Obscene breaks. MORE tax breaks promised by McCane the Insane. What the fuck more could these assholes possibly want to give away? ???

Update: Keith O just answerred my question. Kinda. Seems there's a veteran's bill that these bastards want to saddle with their drill bill. But does that mean that they want their bill to go through? Or the vet bill to die?

Help Vets and fuck the environment? or help the environment and fuck the Vets?

I think in the refuckyoucan mindless-set, there's no losing either way.

Update 2: You can read a lot more about this at Crooks and Liars. I didn't read their shit first; promise.

Tuesday, March 18, 2008

Things are squirrelly, once again. Oh hell, in whose life are things NOT squirrelly these days with Dubster and the Refuckyoucans on top of the economic disaster they've enabled. Just gives you the warm and fuzzies when he says he's not going to do anything to endanger the long term health of the economy. Right. Like having scalding beer foam pumped up your ass.

Gotta move and sell the house, since Mummsy-in-law is gone, which means looking for a new place. Hate moving. Especially out of what's likely the nicest house in which I'll ever live. Really sucks dead donkey dick. I'll have to figure out how to post some pics of the view we have here. Fucking gorgeous. Trying to see the bright side: We can get The Republican paid off and send him packing to someplace like Mississippi where he'll be more at home. Maybe get a few months of life free from Ms Thing too. The wife'll miss the grandmonster, but while his mom is feeding him frozen PB&J sandwiches, the pups'll get to sleep with both eyes closed.

Oh and then there's March Madness. Firestarter isn't too impressed by our tradition, but I damn near live for it. Especially the first two days and the upsets. I fell in love with the whole shebang back when Gonzaga knocked off Stanford and made it to the round of eight. FS likes it too; check the link and you'll see he filled out his bracket. When I get mine filled out, I'll try to post it too. I ran out of chicken blood and insence, so I'm not done yet.

The end result of all this is that I won't be posting very consistently. Not that I ever did. Unless all my picks get bounced in the first round. Maybe I shouldn't pick anyone. Fuck it.

OK

Obama

Hell of a speech today. I only heard blurbs, and missed the Fucks News BS, so I'm not sure just how awesome it really was. The more O'Lielly and Vannity hate it, the better it is. Thing is, that when Hills open her mouth I usually hate her more than I did before. When Barack opens his mouth, I actually feel more comfortable with the though of him as President. The guy really seems to think. Novel idea in this day and age of polls and focus groups. Someone called in to Big Ed today and said something about Barack having answered the 3 AM phone call with this speech. Good analogy.

Summbitch is so cool, I'd bet he pisses ice water. Shit gets thrown at him and he just does not get rattled. What impressed me the most was his talking about his Mom, and how she voiced her fears of black men looking at her on the street and her occasional racist remark. This woman raised him, and he doesn't denounce her or distance himself from her. Even though he does not embrace her fears or remarks, he acknowledges that she is a part of him.

He's learned from his life's experiences.

Experiences that the sheltered and privileged don't have.

Deny, denounce, repudiate and distance yourself from everyone and everything you (or your focus groups) find offensive and pretty soon you're a one person leper colony. My wife voted for Dino Rossi. My Mom and sister voted for Dubya at least once each. There's more to those people than just those instances, just as I'm sure there's more to Barack's former pastor than the sound bites leaked by Fucks Noise and friends.

Barack is hoping that we understand that.

Maybe next time Hillary gives her tantrumish endorsement of McInsane, she'll include this speech along with his one from 2002. ya think?

Save Some Fucking Trees...

and just send me the fucking check.

What I really want to know, is just who got that 42 Million to send out those dumb ass letters...? Since I have a brain, or had one last time I checked anyway, I know the IRS didn't do it. In the creation of Reagan's wet dreams, we know everything possible gets privately contracted. BTW...

There are more letter due to come out too. People who don't get them have to be told why. What everrrrrrrrrrrrr.

$4 Gas and a Deer in the Headlights

A lot's been made about Dubya's news conference, so much in fact that it seems almost ludicrous to think that there's anything more to add. Maybe it is, but what the fuck; here goes anyway.

First off, if anyone in the world still believes that anything truly news worthy ever get released at one of these little shindigs... New should be true, shouldn't it? You'll certainly never hear anything that's true ever pass through Dubya's lips. He lies...

it's what he does.. it's all he does... and he absolutely will... not... stop! !!!

No one's told him about gas hitting $4/gallon, yet 5 minutes later, there was something else he had to deny knowledge of, and to do so he used the excuse that he was concerned about oil and gas prices.

That's the one that everyone seems to be harping on, but from the angle that he's so embarrassingly stupid, that he can't keep track of the lies he's telling. It's NOT stupidity. Nor is it merely his being out of touch. It's not as DCup describes her parenting style, "benign neglect."

This is Malevolent Neglect.

This mother fucker truly DOES NOT CARE. He would just as soon the entire fucking country go away this next November, except of course for his cronies and ass kissers, leaving him right where he is. Right atop the shit heap he's made of the greatest country in the world.

There's no recession on the way. Cuzz he says so? Yeah, right. My ass. JP does a much better job than I can, deconstructing Dub's latest fuckover, his rubber-chicken-in-every-pot stimulus package. Why not some public works? Why not some jobs doing things to improve the country and lay the ground work for a truly improved economy? Yeah, why not..?

Cuzz true improvements don't fit his Malevolent Neglect gubnin style.

Tickling the Prostate of Bidness?

The latest foray of Dubya's finger up out collective ass, otherwise known as his economic stimulus package, ain't going to amount to a piss hole in the snow. 200? 400? 800 bucks? Enough to make a payment on a credit card bill or buy some Chinese made shit for your house/wife/kids and stimulate Their economy.

Couldn't spend a few days worth of Iraq Money to rebuild a road or two, no. Or improve our power grid here or there, no. And HELL no to spend anything in N'awlins. Unless of course it goes direct to Shooter and Halliburton. Spending money to improve the country, that's red ink as Rich Lowery and the refucks would say. Iraq? I guess that's some kind of investment that we're just too narrow minded and ill informed to unnerstand

Lucky for me, I still have a job to bitch about. Speaking of which, I'd best get off my ass and get there.
